Museum space at the Coopérative of Flumet. With free entry, this 120m² museum space describes the work of our local farmers.
The Cooperative offers you to attend the evening milking on one of its farms. Sandrine and Sébastien will introduce you to their farming activity and the role of their cooperative. With tasting of our two cheeses AOP (Beaufort and Reblochon).
The museum area, covering an area of 120m², presents: the link between the activity of farmers in the Val d'Arly, the operation of the dairy cooperative and our cheese know-how.

The Cooperative of Val d'Arly invites you at 14:30 pm to the museum space with Rachel and Jean-Pierre, Beaufort milk producers who will present their cooperative and the territory, followed by a visit of the exploitation of Vincent in St Nicolas la Chapelle.
Manufacture and direct sale of Reblochon and Beaufort PDO, Tomme and Raclette of Savoy IGP, cheese specialties and yogurts and butter. Traditional flavors of Savoy, farm ice cream/cheeses, wines, cured meats.
