    3 tricky sections on this stage:
    - The first difficulty is the Col des Saisies from Flumet: This climb is 15km long and has an ascent of 769 metres, with an average gradient of 5.2%.
    - Second difficulty: the ascent to the Roselend dam over 14km and 850m of ascent. More accessible than the ascent via the Col du Pré, this climb is still tough...
    - Last but not least, the Col des Saisies on the side of the mountain via Hauteluce on the Route des Curtillets, 15km and again more than 850m of ascent.

    The organisation reserves the right to modify the routes according to the weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.

    All participants must provide proof that they are fit to practise cycling.
    Each participant must have a medical certificate that proves their ability to cycle that dates from 2024 or no longer than one year ago.
    No registration will be taken into account if the file is incomplete.
