* Difficult sections:
3 difficulties:
- Semnoz climb via Quintal
A long, sustained climb with no real respite, covering 18 km and 1,200 m of elevation gain. This is the final climb of the Tour de France stage and the 2013 Tour stage. The gradient can reach 11.5% over 1.3 km, with an average gradient of 6.7%. The first few kilometres, which are not the easiest, in the Quintal forest offer pleasant shelter, but this is followed by a more open section revealing breathtaking views of Lake Annecy and Les Bauges. The last third, which is more demanding, winds its way up to the Semnoz mountain pasture at the summit, a veritable balcony overlooking Mont Blanc.
- Col de la Croix Fry
The 12km road is fairly steady but demanding with an elevation gain of 837m+. The gradients increase after Manigod, reaching 10% for 4km. On the last few kilometres, you can catch your breath amid the scenery of mountain pastures and magnificent panoramic views of the Aravis.
- Last section of the Col des Aravis
This last section of the pass is a little easier, but you will feel the kilometres in your legs.
The organisers reserve the right to modify the route according to weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.
All participants must provide proof that they are fit to practise cycling.
Each participant must have a medical certificate that proves their ability to cycle that dates from 2026 or no longer than one year ago.
No registration will be taken into account if the file is incomplete.
