A route for both levels without any major difficulties... With gentle climbs: the Aravis, the Croix Fry and then the little-known Merdassier pass, which is very easy to cycle. A break at Lac des Confins is a must, to enjoy the setting and end the week on a high note.
You will be accompanied by qualified cycling instructors. Assistance and a follow car will be part of the programme.
Meeting at 8.00 a.m. for an 8.30 a.m. start.

* Departure from La Giettaz – Col des Aravis – Col de Merdassier – La Clusaz – lac des Confins – La Clusaz – Col des Aravis – La Giettaz : 50km/1485m+
* Difficult sections:
No major difficulties on this route
- Col des Aravis: a beautiful series of hairpin bends spread over 7 km at an average gradient of 7%. At the end, you will have to go through another tunnel (80 m, unlit) and tackle the most difficult section of this climb with 600 m at 8% to reach the Col des Aravis at 1,486 m
- Col de la Croix Fry: No steep sections but a fairly long final stretch of over 3.5 km at 7-8% (with a short flat section at the end of a long hairpin bend).
- No difficulty for the Col de Merdassier: A little-known pass at an altitude of 1,500 m, very easy to climb.
- Col des Aravis on the way back: A steady climb at 6/7%. The last 400 metres at 3% will allow you to finish in style!
The organisers reserve the right to modify the route according to weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.
All participants must provide proof that they are fit to practise cycling.
Each participant must have a medical certificate that proves their ability to cycle that dates from 2026 or no longer than one year ago.
No registration will be taken into account if the file is incomplete.
