  • Come and meet Florent, owner of the "Toî du Monde": discover his restaurant-gîte, designed with sustainable development and responsible tourism in mind, and taste his "home-made" charcuterie at the end of your visit!

  • Florent decided to create "Le Toî du Monde" on his grandmother's farm. The project is not only environmentally friendly, but also festive and gourmet! Carbon-neutral building, local sourcing, on-site vegetable garden, Gault et Millau chef's hat... Florent explains it all!
    At the end of your visit, sample Toî du Monde's "home-made" charcuterie, smoked in the "Starfu", the large fireplace typical of traditional Val d'Arly chalets.
