Production of sheep's milk cheeses and yoghurts: small fresh, tartar-style fresh cheese, cottage and cream cheeses, Tomette, yoghurts. Self-guided tours. You can buy my products at the food shop in the village, at the farm Les Violettes, shop Croc'local, Sans Os butchery in Sallanches.
My ewes start producing milk in October as soon as they have given birth (and after a period of feeding their lambs) until the end of June when they start drying up.
