Restaurant offering a cuisine that is creative and full of passion. We attach great importance to authenticity and so our menus are based on mountain traditions featuring local ingredients which our chef Alicia Motte reinterprets in order to reveal their hidden secrets.

Local products are some of the main stars on our menu : Beaufortain beef, trout from Mr Baulat… And our wine list will give you an insight into a carefully chosen range of Savoyard wines, as well as some of the best AOC vintages in France.
