We are delighted to welcome the 8th stage of the 2026 Tour Auvergne Rhône-Alpes to the Val d'Arly. Come and cheer on the riders on this final 120 km mountain stage between Beaufort and Plateau de Solaison, passing through La Giettaz!
From 8 to 14 June, the Critérium du Dauphiné becomes the Tour Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes 2026.
After the finish of the 6th stage in Crest-Voland, the race returns to the Val d'Arly on Sunday 14 June. The final stage will take place on our mountain roads. A short 120km stage that will deliver on all its promises with the climbs of the Col du Pré, the Col du Meraillet, the Montée de Bisanne, the Col des Aravis and a finish on the Plateau de Salaison. The final stage is likely to be very eventful, with a sprint on the flat at Les Glières and a passage through the village of La Giettaz.
