This trek sac'Ados en refuge is specially adapted for teenagers!
Since I was 18 years old, I've been working in animation, and particularly with teenagers.
I'm passionate about mountains and itineraries, and I'm convinced that the combination of the two is an ideal way to work with teenagers. It's possible to work on self-esteem, physical capacities, knowledge of flora and fauna, respect for the environment, contemplation, mutual aid, "taking one's time", orientation, and the time of a few days in the mountains allows young people to reflect, consciously or unconsciously.
I'm proposing this multi-day itinerant mountain holiday, in which each teenager will be an active participant in his or her own adventure.
Each Sac'ADOS trek is co-constructed with the group's supervisory team, so that everyone has their place in a coherent educational program.

- Tour around Mont-Blanc (4 days)
- Tour du Beaufortain (4 days)
- Tour de la Pierra Menta (3 days)
- Traversée de Belledonne en bivouac (6 days)
- Bauges traverse (5 days)
- Val Montjoie traverse (3 days)
- Tour of the Vanoise glaciers (4 days)
- Vanoise trek with one day of mountain work (5 days)
- Trek with donkeys and tepees in Aravis (2 days)
