Named Révélation Classique by ADAMI and winner of the Fondation Banque Populaire, Toulousain pianist Vincent Mussat is one of the rising stars of the French piano scene.
After graduating with honors from the Conservatoire Supérieur de Musique de Paris in Denis Pascal's class, he went on to study with pianist Avo Kouyoumdjian at the Universität für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Vienna. It was during these formative years that Vincent developed a curiosity for 20th-century French music, an inexhaustible source of sonic color, which occupies a central place in his repertoire.
His first solo recording, “Au gré des Ondes”, dedicated to mysterious water elks.
