In Atlantis center, you will find a hammam with 15 seats, a sauna with 13 seats, two spas, with 5 and 6 seats. The access is reserved for over 18s.

The spa is a multi-person bath equipped with hydro-jets and nozzles that release compressed air to provide a massaging sensation. The hammam is a wet heat bath: the maximum temperature is around 42°C, but the heat is 100% saturated with humidity, making it completely bearable. The sauna is a dry heat bath: temperatures can reach 70°C. It is an intimate wooden cabin that can accommodate a few people sitting on tiered benches. Choosing between the sauna and the hammam is a matter of personal taste and tolerance. Either way, moderate but regular use will bring you relaxation and well-being. Access to the pool and balneotherapy area requires a soapy shower. Swimwear is mandatory, and using a bath towel on the benches is required. Wearing jewelry, metal objects, glasses, etc. is strongly discouraged in the sauna and hammam. Access restricted to persons aged 18 and over.
