Christel Cerruti, a watercolour artist, holds exhibitions and runs workshops open to all, offering people the chance to try their hand at this art form, which plays with colours and brings landscapes and nature to life in all their splendour.
Christel discovered watercolour – a medium that is both magical and complex – in 2017 and chose to make it her medium of choice. So much so that in 2024 she set herself a challenge: to create one painting a day for a year – a challenge she took on and successfully completed, as it came to an end on 27 May 2025. These 365 creations, and many more besides, can be found on her Instagram page, christelcerruti_aquarelle. Over time, this challenge enabled her to develop her own artistic world and opened the doors to numerous exhibition venues, even as far afield as Paris.
