Each one conceals one of the many treasures of Geneva’s history. An entire street is dedicated to luxury brands and the big names in fashion. Lunch at your leisure (not included), then on to Yvoire. This medieval town, dating from the early 14th century, is a flower-filled village situated on the French shore of Lake Geneva and nicknamed the ‘Pearl of the Lake’; it is listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France. With 700 years of history, its ramparts, fortified gates and imposing 14th-century castle bear witness to its past. You can stroll through the heart of the fortified town, discover charming shops and the charm of its narrow streets leading down to Lake Geneva, surrounded by ancient stone buildings that invite you to immerse yourself in the history of Savoy.
