A plant gathering hike focusing on edible and medicinal plants, with little tastings. Learn to recognise the plants and how to use them depending on their properties and what they are recommended for. The walk includes a stop at Sophie’s Herbal Shop.

Easy two hour ramble collecting wild plants, plus tastings and recipe ideas.
Elevation: 150 m.
Meet at Sandrine's house (977 route de la Gardette, approximately 2 km from the village).
Equipment: walking shoes or good trainers, hat, sunscreen, warm clothes, water.
Remember to bring a small paper or cloth bag and a knife (also provided by Sandrine).
