As part of the upcoming Val d’Arly street art festival, the artist Saro will transform the village center of La Giettaz with a monumental mural boasting a distinctly pop aesthetic. Through a female portrait composed of numerous graphic and cultural references, the artist blends urban iconography, popular culture, and Alpine landscapes, visible in reflection. This powerful and contemporary work questions our relationship to image, territory, and collective memory, while also adding a striking visual signature to the Val d’Arly landscape.
