Description
The Cinébus association will be screening the film ‘Bergers’ outdoors from 8.45 pm in the Town Hall Square. In the event of bad weather, the screening will be moved to the village hall.
On a whim, Mathyas swapped his life as an advertising executive in Montreal for that of a shepherd in Provence. He had hoped to find peace and quiet, but instead discovered a gruelling job and farmers who were often at their wits’ end. But when he meets Elise, who has also left everything behind, they are entrusted with a flock of 800 sheep and set off on a transhumance. Together, they will face the trials of the mountains and forge a new life for themselves.
Evenings can get chilly in the mountains, so do bring a light jumper or a blanket.
Please also bring your own deckchairs if you’d like to sit comfortably.
We’ll move to the village hall in the event of bad weather.
